I help founders, companies, and organizations build the strategy and digital infrastructure that lets them grow across borders, sectors, and markets (Africa, North America and Europe)

10+ years digital experience, 18 countries and borders crossed, 21-member team and cross-functional leadership, and over 100M reached in accounts...

I’m drawn to environments where complexity is the norm: multi-stakeholder ecosystems, global markets, products that must scale across cultures, and infrastructure in eCommerce, Media, Real Estate, Consumer Technology, Retail and Government Technology. Over the past decade, I’ve led product, AI, Data, and digital transformation initiatives across continents, helping organizations scale. My work has supported platforms with 500M+ audience reach, enabled 9,000+ users through government-backed systems, reduced onboarding time by 40%, and increased product revenue from $1.5K to $25K per month through data-driven iteration and go-to-market execution.

Today, while completing a full-time MBA program at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and HEC Paris, I’m also co-leading a transformation project for a media company that streams in about 500 million homes across North America, while also supporting a 1,000-member real estate community in adopting smarter, tech-driven solutions. These experiences remind me daily why I do what I do: to bridge technology with strategic business needs. Whether building a community or managing large-scale projects, I bring together enthusiasm, strategy, and execution.

I had the privilege of having Mrs Charity Ofosuhene as my coach during the YALI Regional Leadership Center program, and I can confidently say she is an outstanding mentor. As an alumna of the YALI program herself, she brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to her role as a coach. Mrs Charity is a woman of intelligence, with a keen sense of observation. I had the pleasure of working with Charity Ofosuhene on one of the largest conferences at Wharton, and she is exceptional. From day one, Charity was a joy to work with — an ambitious go-getter who took full ownership of her projects. She integrated so seamlessly into the planning process that I often forgot she was an exchange student.
Her digital marketing skills were outstanding, keeping our conference website up to date despite rapid and unpredictable changes to the speaker lineup and schedule. She also stepped up to moderate one of our most important panels, Africa to the World (Global Policy), featuring speakers from the World Bank, UNHCR, Gates Foundation, and more. The panel had initially been envisioned with a professor as moderator, but Charity brought all the poise, preparation, and leadership needed — and executed the session flawlessly. Charity combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and creativity in a rare way. She consistently impressed me with her initiative, reliability, and ability to elevate any team. I wholeheartedly recommend her and am confident she will excel in any endeavour she pursues.

After my extensive 4-month digital marketing masterclass, I had internships with 2 companies but I still felt there was a gap between the skills and knowledge I have and what I was doing.

She offered me a role in her reputable firm, eschoolfinder, as a Marketer, and under her tutelage and guidance, I felt I was actually practicing and utilizing my business and digital marketing skills and knowledge due to the roles assigned to me and the tools needed to execute each role. She also exposed me to the world of automation.

Her guidance and mentoring is not only limited to your role but spread across other spheres of life such as education, relationship, etc.

As a professional product/program manager, I worked as a coach on the team that developed the decentralized application; StakePro. In no time, Charity quickly gained the trust of her team and became the lead Product Manager who led the 21-member cross functional team to the end. I am particularly impressed with the resilience and consistency that she displayed on leading the team. Her brilliance and eye for data-driven decision making stood out during Sprint Review, Daily Stand ups and documentations. I was not surprised when the team and project came as the winner in the final demo presentations. Charity graciously accepted to be a panelist at CadanaPay Ghana’s first webinar series on “The Future of Work: Worker Wellness and Business Digitalization”, which I moderated. Her contributions were informed with insights from data and statistics and learnings, national and global industry trends, and her own career experiences. She also was conscientious to periodically highlight Cadana and the ways in which the company assists business to streamline operations and digitalize.
