My passion for technology began over a decade ago (2014) while I was pursuing a graduate degree in Population Studies and Applied Statistics. During my final thesis work, I took a sales role that unexpectedly became my gateway into the tech world. I was fascinated by how the business leveraged technology to solve real-world problems, so much so that I proactively requested a transfer to the marketing department, specifically digital marketing. This was a pivotal moment. Facebook had just launched operations in my country, and businesses were still exploring its potential. With no existing playbook, I immersed myself in learning, eventually spearheading the company’s first Facebook and Instagram pages. Through experimentation and hustle, I grew the audience to over 5,000 followers and introduced the then-novel concept of online sales at that time.

But my curiosity went deeper. While managing the company website, I became obsessed with understanding the technology behind it. Within 18 months, I left my job to join a coding bootcamp, where I learned to build software from the ground up using Bootstrap and CSS. My goal? To create and scale a software business globally. My dedication paid off; my work attracted three international offers for the business. The defining chapter of my career unfolded over the last six years as a Technology Consultant at a global consulting firm. Serving as a Business Systems Architect and Digital Automation Lead, I collaborated with major clients like United Nations agencies and the US Embassy, helping them harness technology to transform operations.

My passion for launching digital products and driving technology adoption led me to pursue an MBA at HEC Paris and The Wharton School in 2025. With a focus on modern business frameworks and global trends, I’m deepening my expertise in Deep Tech/AI, finance, strategy, and sustainability, equipping myself to help businesses navigate digital transformation at scale. Today, I specialize in leading digital transformation for enterprises where product thinking (locating strategic actors) becomes the engine for operational change. Unlike traditional feature-focused PM roles, I work at the intersection of business strategy, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact, helping organizations build products that drive efficiency, adoption, and cultural shifts.

How I drive Impact

  • Strategic Product Leadership
I approach internal tools and digital systems with the same rigor as customer-facing products, applying strategic frameworks like OKRs to ensure alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes. For example, I supported a USAID and Mastercard-funded international organization, where I helped onboard 60% of its 8,000 alumni onto a digital platform within a year. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in transforming a distinguished American media company, a privately owned channel with a presence in over 100 million homes, into an online streaming platform.
  •  Human-Centered by Design
With a research-backed mindset, I prioritize data whether it’s employee feedback or customer insights, to shape solutions that people actually need and use. My Core Principle: Products should serve people, not the other way around.” People are the core foundation of my OC Model.(read more) For instance, I served as the lead product manager for two Web3 product launches, where I successfully navigated complex ecosystems, creating customer-first products for the market. My expertise extends to managing cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless execution of web-based initiatives.

Youth Tech Skills

Getting a Global MBA

I have shared my knowledge on technology, strategy, and leadership on platforms like the International Trade Center (ITC) eCommerce Global, ImpactHer, African Digital Skills Conference, Google’s Women Tech Makers Conference (West Africa edition), USAID’s Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI), Enterprise Bureau, Multimedia (Joy FM), and Yfm. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to empowering the youth through tech advocacy, diplomacy, and policy interventions using my platform, Tech Lead Global. My quest to reach more young Africans with my message of technology and leadership led to speaking and mentoring over 500 young people in 2023, either through personal mentoring or training sessions or conferences like the Women Techmakers Accra, Young Africa Leaders Summit, Young Global Leaders Network, and Blossom Women Data Fellows, among others. In 2023, I was specially invited by the British High Commissioner for a breakfast meeting to discuss matters around girls, technology, and national development. Invited by the YALI Missions Director in 2024, I joined a high-level panel with US Deputy Secretary Kurt Campbell, Ambassador Virginia Palmer, USAID’s Kitty Andang, and other leaders to discuss empowering young Africans in tech innovation across health, AI, and data. The Acting Mission Director notably praised my response to the Secretary General’s question during our dialogue.

I recently launched my new book, “Tech Hustle”, a captivating fictional tale set in various locations, brimming with valuable life lessons. Young individuals, especially teenagers, seeking inspiration for a career in technology will find the book particularly relevant. In “Tech Hustle”, I seamlessly combine my passion for storytelling with my mission to inspire and connect with young minds.
