Through these experiences, one core truth became clear: people must come first. This understanding became the foundation for my LMT Framework; Lives, Methods, and Technology; a reimagining of the traditional People, Process, and Technology (PPT) model. LMT begins with the lives impacted by technology, followed by the methods that support change, and finally, the technology itself. In other words, digital tools should adapt to people, not the other way around.
