I had the privilege of having Mrs Charity Ofosuhene as my coach during the YALI Regional Leadership Center program, and I can confidently say she is an outstanding mentor. As an alumna of the YALI program herself, she brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to her role as a coach. Mrs Charity is a woman of intelligence, with a keen sense of observation. She actively listens to the needs and opinions of her students, offering encouragement and guidance tailored to each individual. Her ability to foster a supportive environment while challenging us to grow is truly admirable. A respected professional in the IT field, Mrs Charity is someone I look up to, not only for her expertise but also for her willingness to provide platforms for others to contribute and shine.
